Error Messages

OpenRules Decision Manager can produce the following errors:

Error Message Recommendations
Maximal number of allowed evaluation executions has been exceeded Contact support@openrules.com to increase the default limit of executions
Your evaluation period has expired Contact support@openrules.com to give you additional time

Unauthorized request

You used an invalid account 

No connection to server. Please try again later

Check your internet connection. Try again after 1 minute.

You’ve been unsubscribed

You unsubscribed from your Pay-As-You-Go AWS Marketplace subscription. You may subscribe again to continue to use the same account

Internal error

Please Contact support@openrules.com with a description of what you actually did
