Quick Intro

OpenRules® Decision Manager allows business people to develop, test, and maintain rules-based business decision models and easily deploy them on-cloud or on-premise. Major components:

Superfast

OpenRules® is oriented to subject matter experts (business analysts) working in concert with software developers. OpenRules® doesn’t force its customers to learn proprietary graphical interfaces or special rule languages. They may use familiar MS Excel® or Google Sheets® and the standard file manager to edit and execute their rules. But they also may use OpenRules Graphical Explorer as integrated Decision Modeling Environment with automatically built Decision Diagrams and execute rules one-by-one in the Debug mode. Decision models created and tested with OpenRules® do not impose any restrictions to your decision-making business applications. They can be naturally deployed as containerized decision services using AWS Lambdas, MS Azure Functions, RESTful Web Services, Spark, Docker, and Kubernetes on cloud frameworks provided by major cloud vendors.

OpenRules® Decision Manager is reasonably priced and perfectly fits the requirements of the modern serverless architecture. It is well positioned to be used on any cloud container, on premise, and even on smartphones.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY: “OpenRules have the most-aggressive approaches to business-expert authoring and typically requires less developer support than IBM ODM, FICO Blaze Advisor, and Red Hat Drools.” Forrester Research, Market Overview: Business Rules Platforms”
