Feb 15, 2026. OpenRules 11.2.1 is a minor release that updates third-party dependencies to address important security and compatibility requirements.

AWS SDK Migration:
On December 31, 2025, AWS SDK for Java v1.x reached end-of-support. OpenRules has migrated to AWS SDK for Java v2.x, which provides improved features, enhanced performance, and continued support from AWS.

SpringBoot 4 Support:
Now OpenRules supports the latest Spring Boot Release 4.0.

Maven Requirement:
These changes require Apache Maven 3.9.12 or higher. Customers using OpenRules 11.2.x must upgrade their Maven installations accordingly.

Long-Term Support Option:
While we recommend upgrading to the latest releases of JDK, Maven, AWS, and OpenRules, you may continue using previous OpenRules long-term support releases (10.4.x) without upgrading.
